I’m excited to introduce my blog Healing Experts. My favorite healers share their strategic diets and protocols to reverse symptoms and disease. They focus on food, exercise, and mindset. My health improved greatly after I corrected my diet. I wondered if many chronic illnesses could be reversed by diet changes. These expert healers say the answer is “Yes!”
Each blog is a brief review of each experts’ healing advice. Included are a variety of healing programs, from very flexible to very strict diets. Some healing diets are vegan and some include meat. Blood Type Diet is Healing
A great place to start is with Dr. D’Adamo’s Eat Right 4 Your Type. This is a blood type diet, based on lectins reactions by blood type. His father, also a naturopathic doctor, discovered blood type and diet matter. Their two generations of clinical and scientific work identifies foods as highly beneficial, neutral, or avoid for each blood type. Check out the chart of over 700 foods labeled for each blood type.
For healing, adopt the blood type diet and eliminate food intolerances. This is the formula for a healthy diet.
Experts’ Advice for Healing
The rest of my favorite experts work along the some same lines as naturopathic healing principles. Diet, blood flow, and mindset are improved. All of these healing diets are elimination diets. Generally, these diets eliminate most, if not all, of the foods one may be intolerant too. This explains why many find healing on these diets. This also explains why the same diet does not work for everyone. Elimination diets can be challenging.
Expedite healing by following these experts’ advise to cut alcohol, fried foods, and sugars completely. This includes sweet drinks, even fruit juice. Eliminate artificial sugars, including processed stevia. Alcohol is not gut healing. Equally important, eliminate fried and greasy foods. Most experts advise to cut dairy.
